FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. What happens if it rains or looks like rain ?

A. In case of wet weather we leave the decision up to you to cancel / postpone. Note that wet weather means just that - cloudy days do not constitute wet weather. Dress accordingly. As for money paid, there is no refund for wet weather cancellation. You may however, postpone your charter and receive a "rain check" which may be used at any time within the next 12 months. The vessel does have cover for light rain.

Q. How many people can come aboard ?

A. We are surveyed to carry a maximum of 40 passengers

Q. Can you pick up at any wharf ?

A. We can pick up at any public wharf in the harbour.

Q. Does the vessel have a toilet ?

A. Yes.

Q. Does the vessel have power ?

A. Yes - There is standard 240 volt power on board though you will have to check with the operator what you want to plug in.

Q. What about music ?

A. The vessel is fitted with a CD player and is iPod-ready.

Q. Can we extend our cruise on the day ?

A. Yes - Just see the skipper for an over-time rate.

Q. Can we use the BBQ on board when you are not supplying the food and will it cost extra ?

A. You are most welcome to utilise the BBQ however the crew will have to cook for you due to O H & S regulations. A small surcharge for cleaning and gas of $85.00 applies.

Q. Can we be dropped off and picked up from the historical islands on the harbour like Shark and Clark islands ?

A. There is no problem for the crew to do this, however you must arrange this through National Parks and Wildlife and they do charge a small fee per head for people going to these islands.
